This delightful 2-bedroom villa in a private condominium is located in a beautiful residential area of Sao Rafael, along the coast and within walking distance to several gorgeous beaches. The condo is just a few minutes' drive from the action of the Old Town where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, live music, bands & the beach. Also just a minute’s drive from the beautifully scenic Albufeira beaches (Sao Rafael, Arrifes, Evaristo); Golf courses, aqua parks, Guia shopping center & Albufeira Marina (Entertainment for parents and children)
Guests have access to a shared Pool, a Private Barbeque grill, Street parking, gardens and outdoor dining areas.
The house sports a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and has everything you'd need for a family holiday. If you have children, a high chair, baby cot and baby protection gates are available. Built in barbeque grill and fireplace for the winter.
Air-conditioning, heating and wifi also available.
Long stays are welcome (with discounts) but gas, water and electricity are charged additionally based on consumption.
