MyFriendsFlat is a discretionary service provided to friends and contacts within our private network. Though MyFriendsFlat recommends Matches to our Members, we do not accept any responsibility for any subsequent liability resulting from any disagreement between Members. Though we filter and verify our Members, we strongly advise all our Members to phone and then meet prospective Matches before entering any rental agreement. We offer no 100% guarantees but we do our utmost to screen Member profiles and properties to ensure they are genuine. We are an introduction service only and any legal due diligence regarding any leasehold is the sole responsibility of the Members who are Host Members and Guest Members. Nor are we responsible for any taxes not being paid, nor any legal restrictions on subletting in your local territory. By contacting the Matches we recommend accepting a Managed Booking, you are agreeing to the above Terms & Conditions and agree to use our service and pay our 10% booking fee (or any other fee) should you reach an agreement with any Match. There is NO FEE payable if no agreement is reached, regardless of how many Matches we introduce you to contacts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Booking and Reservation:

Guests must be at least 18 years old to book.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process such as their NID/Passport (original/copy).

  • Payment and Fees:

Guests are responsible for all fees associated with their booking, including but not limited to rental fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and any applicable taxes.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the reservation. Price of hourly fees will be as same as the day-long or night-long packages (depending on the day or night period)

  • Cancellation and Refunds:

We have a two step payment process: 80% due at the time of booking and balance to be cleared three days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or change of plans, our policy remains that 50% of any prepayments made shall be refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival, or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled later.

  • Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in and check-out times are clearly communicated to guests prior to arrival.
Guests must stick to the specified check-in and check-out times unless previously agreed or alternative arrangements have been made.
Failure to check out by the specified time may result in additional fees

  • Day-Long Stay:

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Night-Long Stay:

Check-in time: 7:00 PM
Check-out time: 9:00 AM
Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been made. Failure to check out by the specified time may result in additional fees

  • House Rules:

Guests agree to abide by all house rules and regulations posted within the rental property.
House rules typically include guidelines regarding noise levels, drugs, pets, and maximum occupancy.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund. Drugs, alcohol or any sort of questionable activity is strictly forbidden.

  • Damage fees:

A damage fee may be required to cover any damages or violation charges incurred during the stay. The charges value may vary from the level of damage done in the premises.

  • Liability and Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay.
The property owner/manager is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. First aid kits on each floor will be provided whatsoever. And in case of emergency, they can contact us. For other services such as food, cleaning etc., follow the property guidelines shared at the time of booking.

  • Property Maintenance and Access:

The property owner/manager reserves the right to access the rental property for maintenance or inspection purposes with prior notice to guests.
Guests are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The property owner/manager reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to guests in advance and will apply to future bookings.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
